By using this website and/ or
viewing material on this website, you agree to become bound by the terms of
this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use
this website or any portion thereof in any form or manner.
User agreement and acceptable use

This ILIAS e-Learning system is
an online offer of the Interroll academy.
This user agreement (hereafter
called "agreement") governs the use of the Interroll academy e-Learning
website (hereafter called "site") developed by the Interroll academy
("the Academy") in which the Academy has exclusive rights,
including participation in the site's chat and message boards or forums
(hereafter called "discussion areas").
The cause of the site is to
provide access to contents, techniques, and information regarding distance
education. The academy offers web based learning material for exclusive
personal use of registered users only.
In addition, the site provides a
forum for users to share opinions, experiences and other information. In order
to maximize the benefit of the site, users must agree to and abide by the terms
of usage. Any use of the site in any form requires your agreement to comply
with all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Terms of usage
Information, materials, comments
and all other submissions to the site by you or any other user becomes the
property of the academy upon submission.
Postings to the discussion areas
and other areas of this site are not of private nature. You grant the academy
and its designees the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, translate,
transmit and distribute any information or material you supply or communicate
to the site via such postings, in any medium now in existence or hereafter
developed, for any purpose, including commercial uses.
The academy does not endorse,
support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or
statements posted by you or any other user in discussion areas or elsewhere on
the site. Any information or material placed online by you or any other user,
including advice and opinions, is the view and responsibility of the submitter
and does not necessarily represent the view of the site.
Use of the site by you
The academy grants you the right
to use the site to participate in e-Learning and blended learning courses and
review information, comments and other materials related to. This right of
using the site is personal to you, i.e. by using the academy online learning
environment according these terms of use you assure the academy that:
You
will not hand out your user identification and password to others. If any user
information is intentionally given incorrectly by you or if you intentionally
offend against these terms of use the academy is authorized to annihilate or
terminate your user account.
You
are responsible for every usage of the academy's online learning content which
is conducted with your user identification and your password. You have to
ensure that your user identification and your password are protected against
unauthorized use. If you notice or assume illegal usage of your user data, you
are committed to inform the academy immediately.
Material on the site is for your
personal use only. The academy does not grant you any other rights to any of
the material on the site. It is forbidden in any way to make commercial or
other unauthorized use, by publication, re-transmission, distribution,
performance, caching or otherwise, of material obtained through the site,
except as permitted by the copyright act or other law.
Personal information
The academy strictly maintains
the individual's data protection rights of every user. This website does not
collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when
specifically, knowingly and voluntarily provided by such individuals. A user's
personally identifiable information will not be transferred, sold or loaned to
any third party.
Cookies
The academy may place a
"cookie" in the browser files of the user's computer. The cookie
itself does not contain any personally identifiable information and is used to
allow an authenticated user to access pages that require a login. The cookie is
created on login and persists after the user leaves the site.
Your web browser may include an

them. However, the academy does not recommend using this option, since some
features that require user login will not work properly without them.
Proclamations
The academy uses news and e-mail
postings for proclamations to you. Proclamations by the academy are valid from
the day it has made sufficient efforts to reach you. You can reach the academy
as described in the section "User Agreement and Acceptable Use
Policy". Your messages to the academy are valid from the day they are
received.
Modifications to the user
agreement
The academy reserves the right to
add, change, or modify, from time to time, sections of this agreement. The
academy indicates which sections have been added, changed, or modified. Your
use of the site presumes your agreement to comply with these additional rules.
Product disclaimer
Information posted on this site
is not a product endorsement by the academy, any company of the Interroll group
or employees thereof. Any information or materials posted on this site are
intended for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as
a product endorsement.
Termination
The academy has the right to suspend
or terminate your ability to access the site, for any reason, without notice.
Severability
If any provision of this
agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity,
legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be
affected or impaired.
